 Calcium silicate board also named microporous calcium silicate board, is a new type of insulation material, which adopts silica, calcium oxide and reinforced fiber as raw material, and is made through stirring, heating, gelling, molding, steaming, curing and drying process. We produce two types: normal calcium silicate board with working temp 650C and high temp calcium silicate board with working temp 1000C. Day capacity is 50m3 and we mainly export to Iran, UAE, Saudi Arabia etc.

Characteristic: 

1.Low thermal conductivity, stable insulation property.

2.High service temperature, non-combustibility, non-deforming.

3.Low density, white color and smooth appearance.

4.Better folding and compressive strength than insulation materials with the same density.

5.Non-toxicity, non-corrosiveness, non-pollution.

6.Easy to cut and install, Long service life.

Application: 

1.Thermal insulation in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry and electric power.

2.Thermal isulation of various furnaces in cement, glass, ceramic industry.

3.Thermal insulation for pipeline, high temp air duct.
