The 100% inspection is conducted to our own made parts. For those sub-contracted parts, we will inspect in every step of the sourcing process to guarantee systematic and effective progress. We perform ongoing quality inspections in each sub-contracted supplier so that any issues are eliminated before the parts go into the final assemblies to destroy the complete finished products.

UV coating services
UV curable coatings can be used to impart a variety of properties to polymeric surfaces, including glare reduction, wear or scratch resistance, anti-fogging, microbial resistance, chemical resistance.
Computer screens, keyboards, and most other personal electronic devices are treated with some type of UV-curable coating. Coatings are usually applied to plastic substrates via spray, dip, roll, flow and other processes.
UV-curable coatings are often specified for plastic parts because the process does not require heat, which can distort the plastic shape. That` s why we offer this service to customers for the finished treatment as their technical requirement.
