A: sand casting process line, whole machining line and heat treatment lines, which are adequate for most of the machining and finishing of our normal casting .
Q: What industries were you in? what experiences do you have?
A: We have been specialized in motor housing production for 10years.and we mainly sold our
products to electrical machineries located in Guangdong province for exporting. Due to blooming
business, we set up our own import and export department: Guangxi Cheng Rui International Trade
Co.,Ltd. Now we have a professional sales team in importing and exporting. And we can not only
provide mechanical parts for foreigners and also provides popular products for domestic customers.
Q:How should we send inquiry? when will we get a solution?
A: You may send inquiry by alibaba, or skype,and QQ,compay website(unavailable yet)
Q:What's your price level? Higher?
A:Our price is in the middle level normally. The casting prices in China stay all most the same, so the differentials are in machining and treatment. Since what we provide is service, which can never be
measured by one standard, but we promise our customers, we always adopts the most economic
and efficient crafts for your products.
Q:What's the payment terms?
A: We accept T/T, L/C, West Union, or any other payment for both benefits. Pattern payment must
be 100% in advance, the patterns ownership is customers' , trial production after customer confirm
the pattern ok. Before bulk production, 60% deposit must be paid, other balance payment against
documents.
Q: How can we rest assure about the quality, since we pay 100% before we get the products?
A: Before the cooperation, we invite you to come to China in person, and demonstrate our production arrangement and processes to you. You can ask questions and tell us your accepting quality
standards. You may ask for 3rd authority representing you check all the process from production,
package to delivery. Normally, we have traceability for every single parts we produce, and we have
strict quality check steps, and we will send all these documents and normal performances tests to you. And inform you the progress time from time, and keep you informed in advance if any problems
occur. Anyway, a win-win contract is what we need before we formally do business.
