1. Overview and Purpose
Two-way flow hard sealed rotary ball valve,a new improved product,our company accumulated experience in the design and manufacture,use and maintenance of valves over the years ,according to the market demand . The valve can not only reliably cut off at the forward pressure, but also can be sealed reliably in a reverse pressure. The valve use semi-ball valve seal structure and principles, shape with butterfly structure, so that which includes these characteristics : small size, light weight ,and bi-directional sealing , small seal friction, durable, lightweight hoist and other properties. Therefore, its value is far higher than half ball valve.
The valve widely used in the pump outlet end, pipe network system, recycling water system, backflow prevention systems and so on, can be used in metallurgy, mining, petrochemical, chemical, power, environmental, municipal and industries to shutoff and regulate the pipeline .At the conditions that required bi-directional seal valve,one rotary valve is equivalent of two one-way sealing valve.

2) the butterfly valve working principle:
The most important feature of two-way flow valve is both good sealing in the forward pressure and back pressure. When the forward pressure work, medium pressure push forward a gap displacement valve plate, valve plate sealing surface against the valve seat sealing surface and transfer pressure, let the valve seat be pushed to the body stage, making a good seal. When the reverse pressure work, the valve will appear contrary action
