API quality oilfield tools external casing packer
1.Main application
HXK hydraulic expansion type packer (casing external packer) uses hydraulic expansion type structure, mainly be used in the complex wells'(oil,gas,water) completion project, to achieve downhole packer and bridging and in favor of improvement of the quality of completion . The practice proved that this tool have characters of easy operation,wide adaptability, it has a very important position in the completion project.
2.Product standard :
Q/JH 024—2004 casing external packer.
3.Main structure:
Hydraulic expansion packer mainly consists of valve system joint assembly,rubber barrel,central tube,casing sub.
The valve system is divided into axial valve system and radial valve system. Radial valve system is composed of a set of three valve (see chart1).
The external casing packer packed in wooden case by plastic bags meet to standard sea transportation request.
