Free Sample:
Free of charge for one or two items if we make a good agreement but the freight in collect.We don’t charge old customers sample cost depending on selected models. Please do not ask for free samples directly without a serious negotiations.
Safe Packing:
Normally each item is individually packed into a polybag/gift box and then a strong triple wall(sevel layers)corrugated cartons,no three or five layers corrugated cartons
Fast sample time and Delivery:
We can finish the samples within 5 days and the mass production in 25 - 30 days for a regular quantity.We must consider the production time of urgent order to be shortened,but please inform time emergency at the beginning of order.

Long time quality warranty period
1. Genuine leather items: 12 months.Normally you can use it for 3 - 6 years for leather items.
2. PU leather and other material items: 3 months
