Takezawa's Reamers perform the job of bore finishing

in just one round trip, the method which we call

"Single-Pass Honing."

Just mount the tool

on your drilling machines or on your machining centers

to obtain smooth bore.

It's as easy as using your ordinary tools, and still gives you finest quality.

For higer accuracy, single-pass processing may be performed multiple times

by using reamers with different grain sizes.

 -  Mechanism to Utilize the Tool till its Limit. -                                   
Diameters of our reamers can be fine-tuned simply by

turninig the adjustment screws.

When grains worn down causing diameter decrease,

it can be compensated for by just turning the screws;

freshening up the grains and thus enabling you to utilize the reamers

to their maximum limits.

      1. Standard type for blind holes.

      2. Adjustable type.

      3. The abrasive is DIAMOND 100 mesh or CBN 100 mesh.

 SL Model

      1. Standard type for through holes.

      2. Nonadjustable type.

      3. The abrasive is DIAMOND 60 mesh or CBN 60 mesh.
