The control system of the machine is supervised and controlled by japan mitsubishi transducer and japan mitsubishi PLC programmable controller; easy to operate; precision of over printing is less than 0.15mm. 2.The internal electrical components and main mechanical drive adopt imported components;low working noise;stable running. 3.Full-automatic sequent paper transfer device; can switchover freely according to the thickness of printed products;90° turning paper collection table makes screen plate easily be combined with the series of drying machine to operate. e.g. 4.YT series of printing machine can be combined with the series of drying machine to operate. e.g. It can be combined with our UV series of infrared photofixation machines;available for UV type screen printing ink. It can be combined with our horizontal-transfer UV and infrared drying machines; available for dissolvent type/UV type screen printing ink. It can be combined with our flat sheet drying tunnel and paper clip drying tunnel; available for dissolvent type screen printing ink. |

The printing scope of Type YT-Automatic Cylinder Screen Printing Machine is wide. Under the condition of combination printing of offset printing,svreen printing and other printing, part UV glazing of presswork is available; simultaneously,the machine is avail-able for the single-color and multi-color overprinting by paper with size of 120-250g/square meter(gold/silver paperboard,transferpaper and white board paper, etc.),plastic film(polyethylene, polyester and polypropylene) pressure-sensitive adhesive single sheet materials. | |||
