floor: 18mm plywood , water resistant(V100), free of formaldehyde(E1),1.5mm synthetic floor covering, welded seams, water soluble adhesive, environment friendly
floor base: 0.6mm galvanized sheet metal. Load bearing capacity : 2.8kN/ m2 working load.
Isulation: 90mm polystyrene(density 38-40kg/ m3flash point class A-not flammable, smoke density class Q1-low smoke emission in accordance with NORM B3800).
K-value: 0.2W/m2k
ROOF:
frame-construction: 3mm steel profile,cold rolled, 4welded corner castings with dimensions according with ISO norms, wooden perlins.

roof covering/interior: 0.4mm galvanized painting steel both side and polystyrene foaming 60mm in the middle, color White inside and blue outside, white is availibe.
insulation: 6mm polystyrene(density 38-40kg/ m3. To aviod cold bridges.

CORNER POSTS
Profile: cold rolled 4.0mm steel profile
Fitting: the four corner posts are fitted with the base frame and the roof frame with a screwing.
Insulation: To avoid cold bridges, the corner posts are insulated with 20mm polystyrene(density 38-40kg/ m3
WALL PANELS
exterior cladding: profiled galvanized sheet metal, PVC overlaid, 0.5mm.
Interior cladding: profiled galvanized sheet metal, PVC overlaid, o.4mm.
Insulation: 60mm polystyrene(density 38-40kg/ m3

PAINTING/COATING
All steel profile will be hot dipped galvanized(45μm)

The windows are build with PVC materials and fitted with guard against left net. They are equipped with a blinding system, and a insect net.
EXTERIOR DOORS
Aluminium-oor with blind, door opening width 900/2000 mm.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION:
Protection: protective current switch(40/4E-0.03A), automatic fuses(B-characteristics) of suitable power(10A,16A)
Earthing: 1 galvanised strip iron earth electrode(2.5*4mm) with fastening. It is the responsibility of the buyer/lessee to arrange for the Earthing installation on site.
Equipment:
support two 220V fluorescent fixed in the ceiling
support one low noise 220V fan fixed in the wall 2
there have a open hole and frame for assembly the air-condition in the future.
other quipment will fix by the owner according his requirement such as switch, socket, networkware socket, phone socket, and all the line will be connected by the owner. There have the pipe for easy go through it for all the line.
SITING AND ERECTION
Any individual container should always be mounted on either wooden or concrete foundation bearers(6bearers). The same applies to the combining of several CILC Module-Containers in a cluster where units must be positioned over concrete bearers or concrete slabs. Foundation parameters and frost depths would be subject to local demands and soil conditions. Level foundations are necessary for problem-free positioning and friction-free erection of any combintion. For assembling please read the appropriate mounting instructions.

On a flat solid surface
On point foundations(concrete cubes, dimensions 30/30/30cm, 6pcs/20GP)
On band of foundations(concrete band, 30cm wide, on the container circumfereende).
