Safety Reinforcing Mesh Welding Machine Of Feiteng
Function feature:
This machine is used variable frequency motor for main motor. Mechanical eccentric wheel and spring pressure. When the electrodes is pressure welding up and down , the frequency converter is running at zero speed and is keeping 150% constant torque to ensure the pressure for welding . About the Mesh panel drawing and wire supply system, both of them adopted servo motor and precision speed reduction device and do the movement on the rack pathway back and forth. The line wires are fed automatically and continuously, so it saves much welding time to wait. Feeding position is accurate, the edges are regular and also could be adjustable. There is a big hooper for cross wires, it could contain one tone wires, in this case, it can save much labor to add wires. Wire falling is also very precise. In order to adjust data expediently for user,the machine adopts PLC touch screen control. It is economic and practical, lower maintenance and well received by customers.

Mainly used in large industrial workshop, large venues, factories flat, bridge deck pavement, road surface, tunnel lining, the subway engineering, highway engineering, building engineering, airport construction etc.
