Centrifugal filter with high efficiency sand removing rate
Principle description
Cyclone desander is functioning according to the principle of centrifugal sedimentation and density difference. Under a certain pressure, the water produces strong rotation movement after flowing tangentially into the equipment through the inlet of the desander. Because the density of sand and water is different, they are experiencing different force under the action of the centrifugal force, the centripetal buoyancy and fluid drag force. Then clear water of low density increases and flows out through the overflow mouth, and dense sand is being exhausted from desanding outlet at the bottom. In a certain scope and condition, the higher inlet water pressure is, the greater desanding rate will be, and more desanders can be used combined in parallel.

Advantages and application
