| 1. Inquiry-Professional quotation. |
| 2. Confirm the quality, price, lead time, artwork, payment term etc. |
| 3.Confirm the Lab-dips of fabric and accessories, Pre-Production samples, etc. |
| 4. We send the Proforma Invoice with Chuangwei Textiles seal. |
| 5. Customers make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt. |
| 6. Initial Production Stage-inform the clients that we have got the payment, And will make the samples according to customers' request, send you photos or samples to get your approval. After approval, we inform that we will arrange the production & inform the estimated time. |
| 7. Middle Production-send photos to show the production line which you can see your products under production. Confirm the estimated delivery time again. |
| 8. End Production-Mass production products photos and samples will be sent to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party Inspection . |
| 9. Clients make payment for balance and then ship the goods. Inform the tracking number or B/L number and check the status for clients. |
| 10. Order can be say "finish" when customers receive the goods and are satisfied with them . |

A:1.For plain solid fabrics, please tell us the precise composition, width, weight, yarn count, density and technics, then we can send you samples according to your specifications. 2.For printed fabrics, please send us your artworks of designs and the details of the fabric you want to print your samples on, then we can make small samples for you to confirm the quality. |
| Q2. How can I get a price of needed fabric? |

A: 1.Please tell us the precise composition, width, weight, yarn count, density, technics and your total quantity and color/ design and your other special requests ( like color fastness, wicking moisture etc), then we can quote you precise price according to your requirements.
