Bending the materials like acrylic (PMMA, organic glass), plastic, PC, PVC, PETG, ABS and PP.
Hot bending process equipment, the bender can adjust any angle and shape within 0-180 degree.
It is a necessary machine for advertisement industry, especially useful for mass production.
Feature:
1. Automatic and manual function with digital operations.
2. Automatic functoin to bend the sheet.
3. Softening crevice can be adjusted according to the thickness of plate.
4. The heating plate can be fixed avoiding deformation.
5. The Acrylic Bending Macine has an infrared heating system to prolong the lifespan for more time rather than the hot furnace filament.
6. The temperature and working voltage can be adjusted according to the material and thickness.
7. Water circulation protects the configuration and the overheating alarm temperature ensures the safety of the machine.

9. Bending acrylic support for PVC, PE, PS, ABS, PP and more.
10. Thickness range ending: 0.8mm to 8mm (there is no need to cut a slot on the sheet), 8.00mm to 20mm (there is need to cut a slot on the sheet)
