Q1:What’s the warranty of aluminum furniture?
A:All of our products can guarantee at least 2 years.While above the warranty does not cover failure or damage caused by improper applications and unreasonable conditions or abusive use.
Q2:What’s your MOQ?
A: For table is 100pcs, for chair is 200pcs.
Q3:What’s your payment terms?
A:1)T/T or L/C is available. 30% deposit in advance, the balance should be cleared before loading.For samples,Paypal is available.
Q4:What’s the lead time?
A: It depends. Normally 10days for sample and 25-30 days for bulk.
Q5:Could I take some samples from you?How about the sample charges?
A:Yes, samples are available.About sample cost,2-2.5 time for the price of the product. But we will return them once received your order.
Q6:Can I visit your factory?
A: Yes, We warmly welcome you to visit our factory at your convenient. Our factory located nearby the Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. It takes about 0.5h by car from the airport. Please contact us directly for visiting. We will pick you up at Guangzhou Airport.

A:Yes. We do while please pass necessary details for process. Also we will keep it in secret .

A:Normally,chairs are wrapped with non-woven fabric and stacked,outlayer with kraft and wheeled bracket.
Tables are disassembly and packed with strong carton.
