Aircraft Aluminum Plate and Sheet 7075 T6
The 7075 alloy is capable of high strength as developed by heat treating. It also has excellent properties at low temperatures.
Machinability: It is best to machine this alloy in the annealed condition. Machining capability is good and oil lubricants should be used.
Welding: Resistance welding is the only preferred method of joining AL 7075 alloy. Gas welding should be avoided and use of arc welding may result in degradation of corrosion resistance.
Electrical conductivity 36% of copper. Shear strength in O condition is 22 ksi and for the T6 condition it is 48 ksi.

1. Standard seaworthy export packing, wooden pallets with plastics protection for the sheet/plate;
2. 15-20MT can be loaded into 20’container and 21-24MT is more suitable in 40’container;
3. The other packing can be made based on the customer requirement.

1. For partial materials, we can supply the sample free (without the freight charge).
2. Customers are welcomed to visit the factory.
After Sales Service:
1. Quality assurance certificate will be supplied with products
2. The customer can claim for compensation if the products are not check with the sample.
3. The products could be returned due to products quality.
Payment terms
30% deposit by T/T before production, and the other 70% balance should be paid by T/T before delivery. And we also accept L/C.
Overview
Henan Mingtai Aluminum Co., Ltd. (referred to as Mingtai Al. for short) is a large modern aluminum processing enterprise that integrates processing, manufacturing, and scientific research. Scope of Service
Presently, the company’s products cover aluminum alloy products of Series 1xxx, Series 2xxx, Series 3xxx, Series 4xxx, Series 5xxx, Series 6xxx, Series 7xxx, Series 8xxx of different sizes. Main products include CTP plate stock, PS plate stock, aluminum electrode capacitor foil, foil stock, deep-draw stock, brazing sheet, alloy sheet and plate, etc. Those products are widely applied in industries including automobile making, traffic and transportation, packaging and containers, buildings and decorations, electrical and electronic, printing, etc.
