We will send engineers to help our clients for installation, including min one mechanical engineer, one electric engineer, one operation engineer. Train our client's workers, so that they can put into operation as soon as possible.
Yiming also provide technical support to our clients, including coating lacquer technology, process technology, so that our client can produce high quality final products.
1. how many coating units in this machine?
You can choice different numbers of coating unit according to your process. For example, if you only need paper coating and lamination, than you only need one coating unit. If you need high output production, you can choice 3 coating units, so you can finish all process without stop machine to change material .
2.what kind lamination unit in this machine?
this is depend on your final applicant. For example, if you need laminat film +film, than lamination unit is after heating tunel. If you need laminate film +paper, than laminate unit is after heating tunnel.
3.how many heating tunnel in this machine?
this is depend on our client's request. If you need high output of production, dont want to waster time to change material, you can choice multi-layer heating tunnel, so machine can finish process without stop. If you dont have high production, than you can choice single layer heating tunnel to save machine cost.
