Printing and coating machines are High-energy process, in which heating tunnel energy cost is more than 70% of production cost. YIMING Energy Recycling system YM-A2 is heating exchange system made by Superconductor. High temp air with solvent exhausted from heating tunnel exchange energy to fresh air through separate tunnel without touching. So fresh air will be heated but will not mix with any solvent. Exhaust air temp will be down after exchange, as well as fresh air temp will be up.
Design Principle:
YM-A2 is cross-flow heat exchanger, heating air and fresh air pass switch board and change energy.
According to customer applicant and installation space, YM-A2 can be combined.
EXAMPLE:
Before install YM-A2, machine unit time power is Q
After install YM-A2, machine unit time power is Q1
Q1:Q< 70% energy saving rate for machine: >30%
Energy saving rate for heating tunnel: >50%
One coating machine with 5 heating zone, each zone’s power is 20kwh,
Working time: 300 days / year, cost for 1 degree electrical = 0.13usd
one machine can save energy: 300 days x 24 hours/days x 10kwh =360000 degree electrical
