1) What is the Shipping Cost ?
The shipping cost is determined by the destination port, weight, packing size, total CBM of the goods. It is difficult for us to quote you the exactly shipping fee without knowing your total quantity of the order and your destination sea port; we will quote you the good shipping cost after you decide the order.
2) What is your MOQ ?
Normally we have indicated the MOQ for each item, sometimes It will change according to the storage rate. We also accept 1 set or sample order, but the production cost and shipping cost would be for the buy's account.
3) Can you design products as we request ?
We have great capability and professional team,customized service and OEM/ODM are welcome.We will try our best to make it come ture as long as your requirements.
4) How can I place an order ?
First you can choose our item on website or in our showroom, let us know the color which you want & Q'tys of each item, then we will send Proforma Invoice to you for sending deposit.
5) How long will it take for the delivery ?
20-30 days for the 1*4HQ container. It also depends on the the method of shipping.
6) How can I know how my order is being done ?
We will inspect and test all merchandise in case of damage and missing parts before shipping. The detailed inspection pictures of the order will be sent to you for your confirmation before delivery.
7) What if there is quality problem when we get the goods ?
If there is quality problem when you un-package the goods, you can take pictures for our reference, our QC Dept.will check the problem and give best solutions to you, namely replace some parts and fittings,etc.Furthermore we will also take action to improve the quality in future.
8) How is the warranty ?
Inner frame warranty for 10 years, Upholstery for 3 years. Warranty is based upon materials defect causing product failure within warranty.
9) Can I visit you ?
Sure, we have a factory in Foshan, China. If you are a volume buyer and would like to visit our in-house products, please contact us to make an appointment.
10) How to maintain sofa ?
a. daily clean:use towel or small vacuum to suck the dust.
b. clean the fabric sheath at set intervals , dry cleaning is better choice.
c. use sofa cleaner to tidy the cover every year.
