Aluminum Coated Sheet is widely used for manufacturing and processing daily hardware utensils, low-tension corrosion-resisting containers, household appliances, architecture decoration, billboard and street nameplate.
The 5xxx series are generally stronger than the medium strength 3xxx series alloys, while having also very good formability. The good formability, combined with the medium strength and excellent corrosion and the high quality anodising ability and weldability, result in many applications for outdoor exposure. Alloys in the 5xxx series like 5052, 5083 may contain from about 0.8 wt% Mg to more than 5 wt% in the most highly alloyed variants.

1. Standard seaworthy export packing, wooden pallets with plastics protection for the sheet/plate;
2. 15-20MT can be loaded into 20’container and 21-24MT is more suitable in 40’container;
3. The other packing can be made based on the customer requirement.

Overview
Henan Mingtai Aluminum Co., Ltd. (referred to as Mingtai Al. for short) is a large modern aluminum processing enterprise that integrates processing, manufacturing, and scientific research. It primarily engaged in the producing and selling. The company consistes of two main production bases, one is located in Gongyi City and the other lies in the high and new technology industrial development zone in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, with an area of 250,000 square meters. Mingtai Al. has over 2600 employees, ten continuous casting production lines and more than 44 other large-scale processing equipments with an annual production of 450,000 tons.
Scope of Service
Presently, the company’s products cover aluminum alloy products of Series 1xxx, Series 2xxx, Series 3xxx, Series 4xxx, Series 5xxx, Series 6xxx, Series 7xxx, Series 8xxx of different sizes. Main products include CTP plate stock, PS plate stock, aluminum electrode capacitor foil, foil stock, deep-draw stock, brazing sheet, alloy sheet and plate, etc. Those products are widely applied in industries including automobile making, traffic and transportation, packaging and containers, buildings and decorations, electrical and electronic, printing, etc.
