Introduction:
The machine is to make bricks according to the theory of hydraulic and vibration.
The concrete can be made of river sand, small stone,slag,coal ash, cement and so on.the brick is pressed by concrete, and can be used after natural curing.the machine can spread the raw material automatically. It can make different size standard bricks,color pavement brick,road edge brick,lawn brick, slope protection brick and so on.the machine has a nice appearance,strong strength, reasonable structure,full automatic,high efficiency.The brick can be stacked at once after forming,which save many board.and we company also could make molds for different shapes and size bricks.4-5workers could operate the whole line.
Features:
1,frame: made by high strength steel,special welding, which make the frame is very firm.
2.guide post:made by super special steel that is chroming, which make the guidepost with the ability of anti-torque and wear-resisting.
head and mold:the motor, electricity and hydraulic system is drove at same time, the error of the height of board and brick is small.
4. Distributing device:it adopts to the technology of sensing and hydraulic,under the action of swing distributing car and arch-broken institutions, to cause centrifugal distribution of raw material.
5.vibrator device:drove by the electric hydraulic technology,controlled by the computer, the frequency can be adjusted,feeding raw material in low frequency, forming in high frequency, which is suitable for different raw material.
