 I.Brief introduction:

This line is with the technology of pump transportation.This line consists of foaming, mixing,pumping transportation, convey belt, the transportation capacity is 10~15m³/h, the max level transportation distance is 50m, the max horizontal distance is 400m.

III.Advantages of our machine:

1.the machines is  with wheels, then the process line is easy to move, so it can be used for many places, such as construction plant, block plant, and so on.

2.Light weight, the main machine is only 600kg, you also can equip with the forklift, it will save more time, labour and cost

Low consumption, the whole line is about 15kw.

3.Use the pump to transport the cement foam

It can use plant type foam agent, animal type foam agent and synthetic foam agent.

You can adjust the volume of the raw material.

• The machine with big electric motor can not be sent by air .We will send by sea,the freight will be quoted through shipping company,the sea freight will not be negotiable.
• The package for air cargo is by carton.The package for sea cargo will be packed by Non fumigation export worthy wooden case,we will charge for the package accordingly because our package is made by expert packing company .
