 Drill-Stem Sub

Overview: drill-stem sub is utilized to change and connect drill stem components in oil and gas drilling. Classification: Kelly stem (protection) sub, drill-stem sub, transition sub, drill collar sub, bit sub, swivel sub, salvage sub. According to the appearance, there is type A (straight OD), type B (reducing), type C (LH type), type D (RH and LH type). Structure and features: drill-stem sub is made up of body, threads of both ends and the stress-relief groove. It is made up of alloy steel forgings after heat treatment and finish machining. Its mechanical performance is in accordance with relevant requirements. It is used for the connection of a drill bit and a drill collar. Two drill collars, a drill collar and a drilling stem, a drilling stem and a kelly stem, a kelly stem and a tap. It can alos be applied to the connection of the fishing tools and the drill stems.   This product is designed and manufactured in accordance with the petroleum and natural gas industry standard of People’s Republic of China Drill-stem Subs (SY/T 5200-2002) and API7-1 standard.
