    Our regularly items didnt have MOQ  limited  ,Customized Model  MOQ  10 sets  ,or we'll charge the sample fee .

  2. What is the delivery time for 1*40HQ?

    Our delivery time: 15~25days after received the deposit. 

  3. Can you arrange the shipping to us?

    Of course, we work with the very professional & regular forwarder to ship the goods to all over the world. 
    We consist on providing the best shipping cost & the good service agent for customers. 

  4. What’s your payment terms?

    We accept T/T 30% as deposit, 70% balance before shipment.  Accept TT ,LC, Western Union ,Escrow .

  5. Do you accept OEM order?

    Yes, OEM order is welcome. Just need you provide design pictures to us, we can make according to your designs. 
    We also can design a new sofa style for you, if you can tell us what you need. For more information, please contact us. 

  6. How to place order from you?

    Please send us your detail requirements. Include the model number, quantity, colors, contact information, delivery time, etc. 
    Then we will make a proforma invoice for your confirming. After confirmed all the information, you can arrange the deposit and we start to produce, last we will arrange the shipping to you once we received the balance. 

  7. Is possible to send my staff or agent to visit your company?

    Any visiting will be welcomed, please inform us in advance. 

  8. When I found my descriptions of the item details different to the items I have received, what should I do?

    All care is taken to provide accurate and correct descriptions and all errors and omissions are unintentional. If you have received an item in error please notify us immediately and send the proof as well.

    Two years warranty against any manufacturer defects. However, abuse and mal-function of products are not covered.
