Process of Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil:Pay off reel → double cut shear → welder-notcher → entry accumulator → pre cleaning section → furnace → hot bridle → zinc pot → air knife → after cooler → water quench → dryer → skin pass mill → dryer → tension leveler → dryer → chemical coater → chemical oven → cooler → exit accumulator → oiler → exit shear → tension reel

1) How many tons could be loaded in one 20GP container?
Normally 25 tons to 27 tons (Net Weight).
2) How long the goods can be shipped?
Within 20 days after T/T deposit or Original L/C received.

30%/70% T/T, 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight
