light type flat gate valve is suitable for natural gas, petroleum, chemical, environmental protection, urban pipelines, gas pipelines and other pipelines, the venting system and a vapor storage device used for hoisting equipment. Applies to natural gas extraction and purification of long-distance pipelines.
Flat gate valve features:
1. The seat should be elastic sealing structure has preload, the upstream and downstream sealing seat while sealing structure. Between the valve seat and the seal face is always sealed.
2. The seat has a self-cleaning function, and turn on or off the course without direct airflow flushing valve. Seat lubrication should have made, do not wear material.
3. The valve actuator failure will not affect other parts of the valve, repair and replacement work can be performed without removing the valve.
(1) Yoke Sleeve - aluminum-bronze yoke sleeve configuration needle thrust bearings, to minimize operating torque.
(2) the stem - thread length until the bracket; pin and spot; with stability.
(3) pressure seal - a simple structure, configuration, staging buckles and silver-plated low carbon steel washers, help dismantle and achieve best bonnet seal.
(4) the seat ring - welded seat ring perpendicular to the flow channel, and easy to maintain.
(5) implementing agencies - these valves can be electric, hydraulic or pneumatic actuator. DN300 following configuration standard manual handle, DN350 above configuration helical gears operating mechanism.
(6) Yoke - fully fabricated yoke through seismic testing, ease of maintenance and installation of the actuator.
(7) gland - two, self-regulating gland, to avoid being ejected.
(8) as a whole back seat - hard surface, the longest life.
(9) valve - a spring-loaded valve capable of self-regulation and reduce actuator torque demand.
(10) Overall stopper - the whole cast bracket stop device, positioning the valve assembly of the bracket, making the seat more stable and reliable.
