Q7: Can I order some sample for our testing?
A7: Yes,of course. Stock sample is free. For customer design samples,there is sample making charge,which is normally refundable when order placed.
Q8: Can you customize the product in special shape?
A8: Yes, OEM and ODM project is available and warmly welcome.
Q9: How can you make sure we will receive the products with high quality?
A9: Our QC team will inspect and test goods very carefully when assembling/packing and before delivery. Normally,Inspection standard: AQL II:2.5/4.0.
Q: May we embroider our logo or picture on any panel?
A: Yes, you may. We can use the three dimensional (3D) embroidery or the standard flat embroidery. We can also screen print your logo or picture as well as attach a laser cut rubber patch. If needed, our experienced, professional designers will be glad to provide you with a few suggestions.
Q: May we put some wording inside the cap?
A: Yes, again, words and logos may be printed on the sweatband as well as seam tape. In fact, we can even weave your name or logo into the elastic sweatband.
Q: May we put our logo on the top button?
A: Of course, we can stamp your logo into the metal button or screen print the fabric that covers the button or you can even emboss a rubber button.
Q: May we embroider our logo on the visor?
A: Yes, you may. We can embroider on the top as well as the under visor or as you require.
Q: May we put our website or logo on the closure strap?
A: Absolutely, your URL or logo can be embroidered. Screen printed, embossed, woven, and laser cut in any way you need.
Q: Could you add our corporate wording on the back opening?
A: Sure, you have two options:
1. We can curve the wording to fit around the back opening by embroidery.
2. We can make woven label & sewing into seam tape.
