Main Features
1.The pulp molded lunch boxes is usually made of wood or grass pulp.
2.The pulp disposable lunch boxes is smashed in the hydrapulper and adjusted to a certain consistency.
3.After being added to some chemicals, the fiber in the pulp will cover the wire mesh of the mold with the effect of the vacuum.
4.The wet products become to the finished products after drying, hot pressing, edge cutting and disinfection.
5.All these are finished automatically on the machine, which is efficient, safe, lower in labor and production costs.
