The equipment is suitable for washing crushing dryer material of PET bottle, profile etc.
The line can recycling the waste PET bottles and get clean flakes,if you want the final product is pellets, it need equip the granulator line.
Working process: PET recycling line separate label by label remover, crush bottles into flakes, remove the earth and sand though hot washer, friction washer, and washing tank, than, dewater and dry to get clean PET flakes.
We can design different line according to our customer's requirements.
PET flake applications:
PET clean flake can use in PET granulating machine, PET strap machine, PET fiber machine and some other machines. Also you can use for more machines after you get PET granules from PET flake.
