PRODUCT ADVANCED CHARACTERISTICS
1. This product should be keep out of moisture damp before using;
2. The well mixed masterbatch raw materials and plastic must be used up within 10 hours, otherwise, the dehydration master-batch may lose efficiency because of absorbing the moisture in the air, and it is likely to cause the phenomenon of plugging the filter.
3. As for raw materials with large contents of water, the increase of amount is not recommended, because it may reduce the mechanical properties of the products, we recommend appropriate dry treatment;
4. It is no allowed to carry out dry treatment to the raw materials together with the plastic dehydration master- batch;
5. Before using, check packaging to make sure it is intact or not, unused plastic dehydration master-batch should be heat sealed as soon as possible.
PRODUCT ADVANCED CHARACTERISTICS
1. Improve the anti-heating, rigidity and tightness property.
2. Remove the surface light from plastic products, to get sub-light effect.
3. Improve the surface antifriction and antislip property of plastic products.
4. Reduce shrinkage ratio of final products to Improve stability that size.
5. Reduce fire heating quantity of plastic products second to reduce pollution.
6. Improve surface printing property of plastic to reduce needed electric current under surface corona process.
7. Provide breathe free to film products.
8. Improve heat-conduction property of plastic molding material to reduce period.
9. Reduce the application ratio of white color masterbatch

1.Package, Transportation and Storage
- Packing: 25kg/ bag.
- Note to avoid moisture, isolation and breakage in transportation
- The product is sensitive to moisture. No problem to store in original packing bags. Make sure to use product immediately after opening the packing bags. If it has moisture problem, dry it by hot air recycle machine under 90oC for 30 minutes
