Our groundnut oil making machine for more than 20 kinds of different oil seeds such as Rapeseed , Peanut /groundnut, Sesame, Soybean, Tea seed, Flax seed, Cotton seed, Sunflower seeds, walnut, Black sesame, Almond, Basil, Pinenut, Palm kernel, Coconut meant, Pumpkin seed, Grape seed, Corn germ, Mustard seed,etc.

1.When oil press is on work, material enters the extruding chamber from the hopper and then moves
forwards by the rotating pressing screw and is pressed.
2.Under hightemperature condition in the chamber, there is quite strong friction among press screw,
chamber and the oil materials.
3.On the other hand, root diameter of the pressing screw carries larger from one end to the other.
4.Hence when rotating, the thread not only pushes particles moving forwards but also turns them
outwards as well.
5.Meanwhile, particles adjacent the screw will rotate along with screw’s rotating, causing every
particle inside the chamber to possess different speed.
6.Therefore, relative movement among particles creates neat which is necessary during manufacturing
because of helping protein change property, damage colloid, increase plasticity, decrease oil’s elasticity,
resulting in high oil.

The high efficiency energy saving oil press machine of our company is designed with advanced

1. High oil extraction rate: compared with traditional equipment, its normal oil extraction rate can be
1-2% higher, can press out 1-1.5 kg more each 50 kg on average,so the economic benefit of full

3. Labor saving:Under the same capacity, it is 60% labor saving, to be able to organize manufacture

sesame, rapeseed, canopy, cottonseed, soybean, etc. more than 20 oil crops. 3 level press technology,
oil can be squeeze out completely only once.
5. Oil is pure:use vacuum filter filtering residue. Ensure the oil purity, and confirm to Health and
Sanitary Regulation.
6. Less occupied area: the space of 10-20 square meters can meet the requirement.

- Delivery time.
---5-10 days after order confirmation. We need time to prepare machine according to exporting standard, wear-in, making wooden box, fumigation and suitable ship arrangement from forwarder. - If I don't know how to operate this machine? how can I do?
----Our machine has been tested OK and fully assembled before shipping, customer just needs to make
2~4 hours wear-in and then can work. -
What's wear-in for new machine?
---- use 10 KG oil cake + 1KG sand + 1KG water, mix them, put in oil press, wear in 3~4hs.
1st hour, adjust oil cake thickness as 3mm.
2nd hour, adjust oil cake thickness as 2.5mm.
3rd hour, adjust oil cake thickness as mm. -
What are cold press and hot press?
----Cold press is pressing dry and raw seeds. Usually need to press 2 times to get maximum oil.
----Hot press is pressing roasted seeds. Usually only press 1 time to get maximum oil. peanuts roast
to 125~130 degree with 1~2% moisture. (We produce seeds roaster heated by economical fuel.)
