Main usage and application scope
This unit is made up of CLQ Ultrasonic Vertical Washing Machine, RSM Sterilizing & Drying Machine and KGYX Filling & Sealing Machine.
It is divided into three working areas of washing, sterilizing & drying and filling & sealing.
It can be either used in-line or in the form of three single machines.
The unit can automatically finish the processes of water spaying, ultrasonic wave washing, compressed air blowing, recycling water flushing,
compressed air blowing, fresh water flushing, compressed air blowing, pre-heating, high-temperature sterilizing, cooling,
bottle-collating, filling, cap-collating, stoppering, panel mounting and so on for vials.
Working Principle
The machine adopts linear track filling and linear stoppering structure.
Antibiotic bottle from sterilization dryer are conveyed to starwheel station by unscramble bottle pannel.
The starwheel put the bottles into fanshaped pad continuously and the fanshaped pad put the bottles into walking beam by 6 bottles in a group.
Walking beam transmit the bottles to each station by intermittent movement. Under the effect of walk beam,
the bottles linear transmited and finish the process of weighing before filling, quantified filling, weighing after filling, stoppering.
The starwheel push the bottle to the output pannel or into bottle track and then finish the whole process. (enclosed the plan)
