Main Application
Pharmaceutical IV Infusion Production Turnkey Project is made by Hunan FE, contains all the most advanced technology with all kinds of patents for producing IV solution.
This IV infusion machine can bring you less leakage rate, bigger film saving(100% film utilization, less bag width), higher LVP quality, lower cost, more stable and reilable running and performance.
It can automatically finish film feeding, printing, film opening, ports feeding, ports heating, bag forming, ports welding, waste edge removing, bag filling, bag sealing, finished infusion outputting etc..
This IV solution production line also works with other equipments such as Super Water Sterilizer, Soft Bag Dryer, Leak Detector, Lamp Checking Machine, Auto Pillow Packing Machines, Auto Carton Sealer etc.

Main Characteristics
1. Compact structure, smaller occupying space.
2. PLC, powerful function, perfect performance and intelligent control.
3. Touch screen in multiple language, various data can be adjusted for welding, printing, filling, CIP&SIP like temperature, time, pressure etc.
4. Datas can be printed .
5. Non-contact hot sealing to avoid contamination and leakage, empty the air before sealing.
6. Advanced mass flow meter gives precise filling, volume can be adjusted easily by man-machine interface.
7. Centralized air intake and exhaust, less pollution, lower noise, reliable and nice structure.
8. The machine alarms when parameters value exceeds what has been setup.
9.The program can search and display the faulty points on the touch screen immediately when problems happened.
10. Strong memory. Actual welding and filling parameters can be stored, when switch to different films and liquids, parameters stored can be used directly without resetting.
11. Special CIP and SIP to save cleaning time and ensure good sterilization.
12. Parameters setting with self-protection, data can be simply used by touch screen, pre-set maximum and minimum value to avoid artificial fault.
13. Specification of 100/250/500/1000ml etc. , only change mould and printing panel to switch to different specs, easily, quickly.
