high frequency induction welding machines is specially designed for straight seam welding. It adopts high power components of US IR MOSFET and Germany IXYS company rapid recovery diode.The high power capacitor C and inductor coil L compose current-mode parallel upper-voltage resonance circuit,which doesn't need output transformer. Thus, it not only improves the efficiency, but also increase the reliability of the welder.The solid state HF welder has such distinct features as energy-saving,effective welding,simple structure, easy maintenance, low failure rate,low maintenance cost etc.

1). rectifying cabinet

As for solid state high frequency welder, the rectifying cabinet uses high power thyristor rectifier,and some harmonic absorption and LC resonant filter components are designed at the same time to reach the goal of reducing the equipment output voltage pulse and increase ripple coefficient index. The ripple coefficient of the whole equipment output is less than 5% to ensure the welding quality and avoid the disturbance of harmonic wave component to power grid simultaneously.

2). inverter output cabinet

Offering high frequency power supply to steel pipe/tube welding, IRFP460 and the quick recovering diode DSEI60-06P of American IR corporation and Germany IXYS corporation are used to form electricity converter as the main power device. The single layer power module output power is more than 50KW. The same power modules have the feature of interchangeability.

3). central control console

Indicate the output current and voltage of the DC power unit; armature voltage and current, The pipe line can be completely controlled by the central control unit.It achieve remote manipulation and power regulation of solid state high-frequency welder.
