Features:
This is an thermoplastic engineering plastics with excellent properties and advantages, with which the ordinary polyethylene and other engineering plastics cannot compare. This material is with very high impact resistance, very low water absorptivity, very low friction coefficient, excellent self-lubricating, excellent non-viscosity, corrosion resistance to acid/alkaline, so this material is widely applied in iron/steel industries, electricity, coal, cement, mines, etc. The coal bins, material bins, gypsum storehouse, lime bin, equalization storehouse, cement storehouse, container of tracks, material drums of mixers made by high molecular weight polyethylene material greatly resolves the problems of adhesion, fast damage, low efficiency.
Application:
High molecular weight polyethelene pipes/tubes are widely applied in transportation of liquid, air, powder, solid-liquid mixtures with features of high wearable, high adhesion, high corrosion. This kind of pipes/tubes are applied in oil field, mines, power station, chemical plant, aluminum plant. The service life is 4-6 time of ordinary steel pipes.

2. Corrosion resistance: At a certain temperature and concentration range, this material can bear corrosion from all corrosive mediums (acids, alkalines, and salts) and the organic solvents;
3. High impact resistance: The impact resistance and shock absorption ranks first among the plastics, No matter external high impact or internal pressure fluctuation are difficult to make them crack. Impact strength is 10 times of nylon66, 4 times of polyethylene PE100;

Weather resistance and aging resistance: the material has excellent weather resistance and aging resistance because of very few of unsaturated perssad in ultra high molecular weight polyethylene chains, molecular weight is high, even be used for 50 years, mechanical properties of the pipe can still maintain 70%;
6. Good Energy saving effect : With self-lubricity and non-adhesion, low coefficient of friction. Because the pipe inner wall is corrosion resistant, abrasion resistant,scaling resistant, the flow resistance is very small;
7. light quality, easy connecting,easy installation:the weight is 1/8 of steel pipes in the same lenght; adopt flange connecting method or hot melting welding method is very easy.
