Machine explanation
This machine applies short tension distance cone mould diameter expansion technology,digital control medium frequency induction heating technology,no backside pressure,low energy consumption and hydraulic driving technology, it could push any diameter elbows, also for customized sizes, including special high pressure & big bent degree elbows etc..

Machine description
1) This machine is of two cylinder synchronous pushing method
2) steel tubes clamping method: hydraulic centering and clamping automatically
3) Integrated pumps station valves,pumps station consists of multi-grades; high pressure pump pushes the cylinder forward;
4) Circulating cooling water supplying system for silicon controller, induction coils, compensating capacitor, water electrical cable, electric reactor, etc.
