Production line main advantages:

1. high automation, low labor cost, the complete line just need about 10 workers.

 

2. High efficiency and energy conservation: high frequency uses new generation solid welder, showed high energy conservation, saving electric 30% than other electric tube welders under the same welding condition.

 

3. High production efficiency: this production line  has automatic production process, low failure rates of parking. Compared with normal submerged arc welders, the output is high 80 times, it is 2-3tims than others H production lines.

 

4. Special follow up cutting technology: it is follow up CNC cutters, this method cold realize cut synchronism with workpiece moving, the cutter is driven by hydraulic cylinders, without hammer force for machine and floor.

 

5. Ending milling process: after the welding of steel strip ending, in order to make the surface smooth, after entering the milling machine, the welding slag will be removed once the upper milling cutter press the roller under the hydraulic cylinder working.

 

6.  Special straighten technology: it adopts the adjustable method by hydraulic and handing screw, to make the cooled H beams’ boards on-line straighten, using the advantage of precise screw positioning and big & adjusted force, the straighten uses handing hydraulic valves to control oil tank driving device rollers press tightly the endings, to realize the straight by pressing, adjusted by the handing screws, this straighten technology was successfully realized in the exported machines.

 

7. Complete line center control system: this system could collect any operation data in real time, failure data, speed information, qualified and unqualified numbers etc., could print the local showing and production daily report, which include the production data, steel type, technical data etc..

 

8. People-oriented design concept, safe and environmental protection.

H beam advantages

1. High precise section sizes, using the high quality steel coil, the precision of section shapes after welding are good, which make easier for installing.

2. Section performance is good, the increase the ratio for edge boards and main boards, comparing with rolling steel, in the same weight, the flexing resistant is bigger, higher section performance, in the same section performance condition, it is more light.

3. The section sizes could according to the clients requirement, precision is higher.

4. The mechanics properties of high frequency welding H beams is good, flexing resistant is high, the metal element of welding part is well-distributed, comparing with normal H steel, it could save 10%-15% in the same loading, in the construction, the structure could lighter 30%40%, 15%20% in the bridge.
