Discription:
Mainly fill and repair on the substrate such as dents, door dings, crack, needle
shrinkage and weld, to meet flat and smooth before spray finishing coat. Widely used in
automotive repair, trainmanufacturing, boat building, car manufacturing, engineering
machinery, machine tools and equipment manufacturing, furniture, mold, concrete
buildings and many other repair fields.
Putty can be divided into auto repair putty, manufacturer putty, furniture putty, metal
putty(alloy putty),high temperature putty, conductive putty, filler, fiberglass putty, etc.
Typical Substrates:
Steel, Aluminum, Fiberglass, 2k primers, Aged and sanded OEM topcoats, Zinc-coated
steel, Wood, etc.

Putty: hardener=100: (1.5-3)

Procedure:
1. Completely remove the rust, oil dirt, old coatings and water from the surface; Keep substrate
clean before scraping.
2. The Super Putty and Hardener should be mixed well to get uniform color.
3.The mixture of Putty and hardener should be used up before gelling. If mixture begin to cure,
must stop applying.
4.Scrape the mixture of Putty and Hardener into the spot defects which will be filled and scrape
to evenness immediately.
5.In case of scraping thick coatings, it is preferable to apply in thin coatings for several times till
reaching the objective thickness.
Caution:
Do not return catalyzed material back into can. To avoid contamination, seal lid tightly after
each use. Store in a cool dry place.
KINGFIX 388 Multi-functional Galvanized Body Filler Description:
- European cured system, with red cream hardener included
- Superior adhesion and featheredging on corrosion treated metals, including hot dipped steel.
- Vacuum processed for increased shelf life and reduced pinholes
- Creamy texture for smoother spreading
- Metal preparation does not require as coarse of a disc, therefore, reducing heat warping and pinholes in the featheredge
- Clog free formula for improved initial sanding with no sandpaper clogging
- Faster abrasive cutting; reducing labor costs
- Excellent featheredge adhesion; eliminates peel back during sanding
- Shows excellent dry sand ability, pinhole-free and will not clog sanding paper, especially with sanding machines
- This putty is cold-curing, even at low temperatures
- It is also stain resistant and high temperature resistant(200-300℃).
