1.What is your MOQ ?
v Our MOQ is 500pcs Usually. But we can accept lower quantity for your trial order. Or if you are interesting in our existing stock,any quantity should be acceptable.
2.Can we get samples?
v Sure. We can provide existing sample to you for quality checking. But if the new custom design is required,we will charge you a little sample charge. Of course, the sample charge will be refundable when you firm the finally order.
3.What is the sample lead time?
v We can send you the existing samples within 1-2 days. For the sample with new logo design required, it will take 5-7 days.Anyway, we will try our best to send ASAP
4.What is the production lead time?
v Usually,our production lead time is 25-50 days,but the actual lead time should depend on your design.
5.What is your payment terms?
v 30% deposit,Balance T/T before shipment or B/L copy at sight.
6.Can we visit to your factory?
