QAM Modulator
Brief introduction
JD-QAM-1100 Modulator is self-designed QAM digital modulator with high performance. It can receive MPTS and SPTS from encoders, multiplexer, DVB gateway, scrambler, video server, etc, to process modulating and channel error-correction encoding. It can supply with variable frequency to digital TV channel or supply with RF (fixed or frequency agility) output.
It is with the characteristics of flexible configuration, high-performance indications and stability, and can be applied to the front end system for large and medium size cable digital TV; it is also high cost performance product, which can increase the contents of digital TV channels on the basis of current analogue/digital cable TV front end system (e.g. medium, small size cable station, enterprises and public istitutions station, hotel, community, etc.)

- Support whole range of variable signal rate and QAM star level
- Support PID filtering/re-mapping
- Support PSI/SI information simultaneously update
- Support NIT table editing
- Automatic code stream filling and intelligent empty pack deleting
- With the function of PCR high-precision correction
- Code rate input form including ASI/DS3 (optional) format and so on
- RF are fixable or frequency agility output
- Supply with RF output monitoring port (-30dB)
- Supply with DVB ASI/SPI input interface and ASI looping out interface
- Front panel LCD shows key control parameters and controls operation, with Chinese and English menu selection
- LED status display and warning indicator
- Support 10M/100M Ethernet control interface, and can upgrade on line through network
- Local/long-distance control and central management are available through network management system
- 19” 1 U standard rack structure
