Sample Advantage:
We have 3-5 professional sample developer, including a professional designer.
If you have artwork, send it to us to right away start the samples.
If you do not have artwork, we will have our designer to make the design according to your request for your approval before samples.
Once the artwork received, we will suggest the way to do the print, if heat transfer or silkscreen or CMYK any others.
Sample Time: 5-7days base on your design, 1 day our existing sample
Sample Charge: Will be based on your sample difficulties .but refundable after order confirmed.

We have several salesman working in the umbrella filed for at least 5 years
All the inquiries will be replied within 24 hours
Our Sales follow up each esteemed customer’s project very closely and carefully from sampling, order, production, shipment until the goods reach to you
Before Production starts, we will make a pre-production sample for you approval.
During Production, you will be advised the production status, also the production schedule
Before shipment, production pictures an QC report will be sent.

We have strict quality control system from approval each material to finished umbrella.
Usually we applied AQL2.5/4.0 for inspection.
Before production, a pre-production sample will be made for salesman to approve.
On each step production, we have strictly online QC inspection.
After goods finally packed in cartons, our QC inspect goods at randomly based AQL, and report will be send to you.
