Products are mainly used in clothing, textiles, gifts , air bag , Sail makers, Kite Bladders and other industries. More and more people use TPU products as it is environment friendly.
2. Products Instruction :
TPU Film have simple molecular structure ( including only C.H.O.N ), TPU doesn't pollute the air while burning and incinerating and will be degraded naturally within 3~5 years under the action of humidity and microorganism after being buried in soil, so it is a good substitute of PVC products and a main-stream product for environmental production.

3. Production and Inspection Process:
We have 5 sets production machines and the daily output is 20 TONS .
Our production is divided to 3 steps:
1. Purchase raw material, we will have raw material QC to be sure all raw material is qualified.
2. After checking the qualified material, we will put it into production, via High-temperature extruded + released+ shaped+ cooling.
3. When the product is finished, before packing, we will have packing QC to check again.
With above 3 steps, the products are qualified, then we can allow to ship out.

4. Packing & shipping :
Shipping Port: Shanghai.
Shipment type: Both by sea and by air are OK. and we will choose best transport method for you according to customers of different country.
Delivery time: Normal lead time is 5-15 days after receiving the order. and When holidays, we will remind customers to place order earlier.
Package type: paper roll tube.(weight:2.5-3 kg. Diameter:80mm; Core size:76mm. Length: can be customized ).
Packaging method: TPU film will be packaged by double-layer sponge and black waterproof film from inside to outside.
Gross Weight: 30-45kgs per roll and can also be packaged according to customers' requirement.
