Our company located in Cixi , Ningbo , which is very close to Hangzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge. It will take 1 hour by Car from Hangzhou, and 2 hours by car from Shanghai.
Q.Did you have claims and how did you deal with them?
If the problem from us such design,soratch,leakage and package, we will take full responsibility.
If the problem from transport, we can supply the Fall Down Test report, helps claim for shipping company.
If there is defective products with small quantities, we will send for replacing in the next order as your picture or vedio.
