ND-F420 powder thermal flexible packaging printing machine
Main feature:
1. Siemens PLC control with stable and reliable biaxial high accuracy output and color touch screen, bag-making, measuring, filling, printing, cutting, and finished in one operation.
2. Separate circuit boxes for pneumatic control and power control.Noise is low,and the circuit is more stable
3. Filmpulling with servo motor double belt: less pulling resistance, bag is formed in good shape with better appearance; belt is resistant to be worn-out.
4. Double servo control, high precision orientation, size more nicety.
5. External film releasing mechanism: simpler and easier installation of packing film.
6. Adjustment of bag deviation just needed to be controlled by the touch screen. Operation is very simple.
7. Close down type mechanism, defending powder into inside of machine.
8. The machine adopt servo motor control, screw measuring , precision 1%.
9. Adjustment product weight without any tools.
10. Filling head can be changed, suitable for mix film and PE film.

How to choose most suitble machine?

1. What material do you pack, granule, powder, paste, liquid, or tea?
2. Bag weight(grams or milliliter)?
3. Bag length and bag width?
4. Bag sealing type---4 sides sealing, 3 sides sealing, back/pillow sealing type or vertical bag ?
1. for changing bag length, you just need adjust length value on the machine controller
2. for changing bag width, you need change another set bag former. one kind bag width correspond one bag former mode.
If you want to change bag weight?
Generally, one set machine can pack bags of different weight, but the changed weight at a certain weight range. If out of this range, then need change another set measuring systerm (such as volumetric cup, screw/auger feeder, piston pump and liquid pump), of course except multihead electric weigher.
