Metal bond products series

The features of the metal bond products are high efficiency, good self sharpening ,high stock removal ,strong hold and good abrasion resistance .

We are able to provide metal bond superabrasive grinding wheels according to the according to the standard GB /T6409.2-1996.The diameter range is%6-500mm:the thickness range is 0.07-300mm:the grit size range is 30/35~W3.5.We can also design and make nonstandard grinding wheels according to customers’ requirement .

* APPLICATION

Metal bond diamond products: Mainly used for machining quartz crystal tungsten , carbide ,ceramics, glass, composite ,sapphire, ferrite, refractory ,thermal spraying material and so on .

Metal bond CBN products: Mainly used for machining high speed steel ,tool steel, mould steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy and so on .
