After one year:
1.The printing heads:
Heads we can promise that they are in a good condition,and from the original factory. And when the heads damaged, we should see the exactlly cause,then decide which part pay for it; for example, the heads damaged or can't work, because of our failure, we pay for them. If it broken under your un-correct operation,you can buy the heads from our company with the normal price.
2.The ink pumping system:
If this system damaged,we can't replace it,you should buy them from our compay with the cost price.
3.The electronic boards:
We promise we can replace it from broken to new board for no charges at anytime.
4.Other parts of the printer:
All other parts we promise you can purchase from our company with the cost prices. If you need, we can send technician to help you.

* Our engineer can go to clientsplace to install the printer as client demanding and teach the client how to operate and maintain the machine .All the service is free .The client only need to pay the air ticket and accommodation charge.
