Emulsifier used for dye/pigment printing
High concentrated emulsifier is high polymer. It suitable for various fiber, can impact fabric with good coloration effect.
Property and Features
1. Strong electrolyte. Has little impact on the viscosity of paste when adding ammonia sulfate, urea, sodium carbonate or reserve salt.
2. During making paste, the proportion of ink and water can be at any rate in the range 20%-80%. Add some thickener to get higher viscosity when dosage of kerosene is less.
3. The mixture of prepared paste, sodium alginate and modified starch can be applied to reactive dyes printing. That can improve color yield and reduce dosage of dyestuffs.

Ionicity: Anionic
pH value: 5-7 (original liquid)
Solubility: can disperse in water
Used as emulsifier in pigment printing, dye printing and discharge printing, make fine and stable printing paste.
Package: 120kg plastic drum.
Storage: Can be stored for 12 months under cool and shady condition.
