Softening powder RG-Y1000
Product Description: Softening powder RG-Y1000 is a softner containing silicon cation, having strong anti-static effect. It can be applied to after-finishing of textile wearings and fabric to obtain the effect of softness, smoothness and fluffiness.
This product is environmentally friendly, containing no such harmful substances as APEO, suitable for European and the United States’ wearing soft finishing requirements.
Main Compnent: Special active quaternary ammonium salt cationic polyester.
Physical Indicators: Appearance: Beige powder to small granular
Ionicity: Weakly cation
PH value: 4.0~5.0 (10%SOL)
Performance Characteristics:
1. The product is good fast water-soluble, soft and smooth, antistatic, of low-foam type, and hydrophilic.
2. The most important feature of the product: convenient to use, saving energy and manpower, directly putting into machine for use without chemicals.
3. It is a substitute for film, soft essential oil and soft ointment, an upgraded version of all cationic quaternary ammonium softener.
4. After finishing off with the softening powder in high-temperature drying, the yellowing of the fabric appears quite low.
5.In washing jeans garment, softening powder RG-Y1000 cannot cause dye stripping and chromatic changes, for clothing after over-softening that has done a nostalgic and chromatography finishing.
Applications:
1. Dyeing such synthetic fiber yarn as cotton, hemp, silk, wool, polyester and acrylic of a whole plant, as well as the fabric’s after-finishing over-softening.
2.The softening of jeans garment, washing cloth, and knitted sweater,etc. in a washing plant, are suitable for stone washing and pure enzyme washing over-softening.
3. The supple handling of knitted fabric before determination, can pull fabric to the required width, not easily deformed.
