Performance Features:   

1.It is a cation of environmental protection without formaldehyde fixing agent.

2.It plays a particular role on active or direct scarlet, dark brown and black color fixation.

3.It can improve wet fastness, washing fastness and rubbing fastness.

4.It has little effect on light fastness.

5.It doesn’t feel stiff for fabric with finishing.

6.It has tiny effect on chromatic light.

Range of Application:   

It is exclusive for reactive dyeing or printing fixation.

Application Process:(for reference only)

As a concentrated fixing agent, it is suggested that one raw material with 3 to 4 times of water should be mixed evenly for use.

1. Solid immersion process: common amount   0.15-0.4%(o.w.f)

pH  value     5-7

Temperature   40℃-60℃

Period     20-30 minutes;

2. Rolling solid process:common amount     1.5-5g/L.

The amount should be decided according to different shades of color and washing fastness of fabrics. Specific process should be properly adjusted with specimens.

Notes

1. Dyeing materials must be in complete washing and soaping before color fixation.

2. It cannot be used with anionic products in the same liquid soap, in case of affecting the color fixation effect, etc.

Packaging and Storage:   

1.It should be packaged in a 50KG or 120KG plastic barrel with lining bag, or according to customer’s  requirement.

2. It should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place, at room temperature, with shelf-life of 12 months.
