(1) The preparation of high concentration of water-based pigment paste and textile printing pigment paste, water-based ink and paper making coating etc.
Dispering grinding auxiliary WBS-18 is the main dispering agent of organic pigment. has excellent dispersing ability for organic pigment and inorganic pigment. Can make the pigment particle to be stable through steric hindrance, prevent flocculate. It has excellent dispersing effect on most of organic pigment such as red, yellow, orange and phthalocyanine blue and green, permanent violet etc. Can prepare high solid content pigment paste, and enhance pigment paste brilliance and strength.
WBS-18 especially applied in water-based pigment paste making, also has a better dispersing effect on inorganic pigment. Therefore, this auxiliary was called “ universal water-based pigment dispersing agent”.
