Solubility: can be mixed with water at any ratio, alkali resistance, resistance to hard water

Solid content:41-46%

Performance Features:   

1. It could be used as cross-link agent for pigment printing paste. It combines with adhesion agent to form net structure, this could improve color firmness.  

2.It can improve wet fastness, washing fastness and rubbing fastness, reach to 0.5-1 grade.

3.It doesn’t feel stiff for fabric with finishing.

4. This product also could be used as flocking agent, coating agent, polyest wadding binder.

Range of Application:   

It is exclusive for reactive dyeing or printing fixation.

Application Process:(for reference only)

1. If you used as adhesion agent, you just need put 4-5% RG-GS99A into    another binder, then mixed evenly for use.

2. If you put this chemical into paste, generally you just need to put 1-1.5% RG-GS99A.

The amount should be decided according to different shades of color and washing fastness of fabrics. Specific process should be properly adjusted with specimens.

Packaging and Storage:   

1. It should be packaged in a 50KG or 120KG plastic barrel with lining bag, or according to customer’s  requirement.

2. It should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place, at room temperature, with shelf-life of 12 months.
